The fact that I had to log my food each night and getting feedback from you played a huge part in my success. When making my food choices each day, I was always mindful of the ‘principles’ and that I would be telling you what I’d eaten. Getting feedback each day really spurred me on. It sounds strange but even if I knew I’d made good food choices, getting a well done from you really made me feel good.
