I have dropped a dress size, lost a stone and 2 inches from pretty much all over my body but what I have gained is so much more.
People have remarked on my confidence and my positive outlook (something I have really tried to work, so I don’t turn to food for comfort so much) and I don’t feel as obsessed with the destination of ‘being thin’ or being an ideal weight.
I’m more interested in trying to make good choices and focus on being healthier.
