I’m so proud to share this story

Liz joined us at 50 years old fearing she was destined to be overweight, out of breath and unhealthy for the rest of here life

Having been around the diet block numerous times she was at her wits end

Fast forward 3 months of Sustain Coaching and 26lbs lighter and she has a new outlook on life, nutrition and mindset

‘‘I’ve still got a long way to go but I’ve never felt this positive about weight loss and this is down to the positive and sometimes hard hitting coaching from James ,he will help you question your choices and help you to rethink your whole attitude to food

This never happens at weight loss classes and certainly not on a one to one basis

Before starting I felt I was going to be overweight the rest of my life,out of breath ,sluggish,unhealthy and heading towards diabetes and other problems associated with being overweight

now I feel like I’ve been given a second chance,

I know I can do this,

my relationship with food has changed dramatically,

I no longer think that one slip up means the whole week is a write off,

I’m actually enjoying planning and preparing my meals and I still have meals out or the odd takeaway I just make better choices and more importantly I don’t feel guilty about it because I know the rest of the week is going to be on point.

I’m extremely grateful to James for his coaching and so glad I took the plunge and joined sustain,

I intend to carry on and write my food diary and mark it as if I am still sending it to James as I think this is the most positive way to help keep me on track .
